Os vencedores do Oscar Riz Ahmed e Aneil Karia se unem para o moderno ‘Hamlet’ com Morfydd Clark e Joe Alwyn
Ahmed vai estrelar como Hamlet , assombrado pelo fantasma de seu pai e levado a alturas cada vez mais instáveis. Movendo-se da elite de Londres para o submundo da cidade, de templos hindus para cidades de barracas sem-teto, ele se esforça para vingar o assassinato de seu pai, questionando seu próprio papel na corrupção da família e quem ele se tornou.
Completando o elenco por enquanto estão a BAFTA Rising Star Morfydd Clark ( Saint Maud ), que está escalada para interpretar Ophelia e The Favorite/Harriet ator, Joe Alywn, que interpretará Laertes. Eles interpretarão o irmão e a irmã de uma família que há muito trabalha com a de Hamlet – e que está enredada em sua queda.

The Brutalist is another to add to the list alongside Alien and Dune. It started filming in Budapest last week according to someone in the cast - though it's not updated on IMDb and with Deuxmoi's track record it will probably turn out Joe has been nowhere near Budapest to begin with anyway 😂

The trouble is, films can be in development for years, so contact with a director doesn't mean anything is coming any time soon. But meeting a costume director is a different matter - you only do that if you need a costume basically now lol. And we did figure out AND before any of the trade publications mentioned it, so I'm confident we will spot the clues before them lol
haha we also found out about The Souvenir Part II way before it was announced so we’ve got a decent track record
