Joe was recently featured on an episode of etalk where he spoke briefly about having three movies coming out and working on The Favourite. Emma Stone and Rachel Weisz were also featured and each complimented Joe on his acting, watch:

Interviewer: You’ve got quite the film forecast happening. You’ve got this movie, Boy Erased is out, Mary Queen of Scots is coming out. Is it still very much a pinch-me moment?
Joe: It’s nice to be busy and the fact they’ve all kind of are coming out around about now is cool. And it’s nice working with people that I look up to, trying to find interesting and great filmmakers which is what I’ve tried to do, so I just feel very fortunate.
Rachel: Joe is just a fantastic, fantastic actor. Emma Stone’s character really dominates him quite strongly, so to watch a man being dominated by a woman, this would be that role.
Emma: We got to really do some really crazy stuff, fighting each other in the woods and tackling each other, it was just a blast, and he is just such a kind, talented person so I think he’s, you know, the sky’s the limit.
Interviewer: *asking about the swearing in the film*
Joe: Others have more of that than my character did, but that’s one of the things I liked about it.
Entrevistador: Você tem bastante previsão do filme acontecendo. Você tem esse filme, Boy Erased está fora, Mary Queen of Scots está saindo. Ainda é um momento muito difícil?

Rachel: Joe é simplesmente fantástico, ator fantástico. O personagem de Emma Stone realmente o domina bastante, então, para ver um homem ser dominado por uma mulher, esse seria o papel.
Emma: Nós temos que fazer algumas coisas realmente malucas, brigar entre nós na floresta e enfrentar uns aos outros, foi apenas uma explosão, e ele é uma pessoa tão talentosa, então eu acho que ele é, você sabe, o céu é o limite.

Joe and his co-stars at The Favorite shone up at the British premiere of the movie, which took place yesterday in London.
The actor appeared dazzlingly in a blue Prada suit, a trademark of which he is an advertisement boy, accompanied by Emma Stone, Olivia Colman, Rachel Weizs and director Yorgos Lathimos.
During the premiere, he talked about how much he liked to be a part of The Favorite:
‘I just feel happy to be part of films that hopefully people are excited to see,’
He added: ‘To be here tonight… I’m happy to be a part of it and to be going around with it – I feel very lucky to be doing so.’
‘Everything about this film I wanted to be a part of,’ he says of working with director Yorgos Lanthimos.

This season, we will be reintroduced to Joe Alwyn. The quiet British actor will be appearing in four major movies before the end of the year, including The Favourite, an awards season frontrunner in which he plays the love interest of Emma Stone, and the conversion therapy drama Boy Erased, another Oscar contender in which Alwyn gives a brief performance so impactful it had director Joel Edgerton comparing him to Brad Pitt.
